🌿 24-Hour Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy 🌿
Your time is valuable—and so is ours. Each appointment at Solare Wellness Spa is thoughtfully reserved just for you. When an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed without adequate notice, it prevents another guest from receiving care during that time. To ensure fairness to all guests and our providers, we have a clear 24-hour policy regarding any changes to your appointment.
Canceling an Appointment
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Rescheduling an Appointment
We understand that plans change. However, rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time is considered a late change and will also incur a 100% service fee.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your appointment or fail to contact us to cancel, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this policy. It allows our team to provide the highest level of care, maintain a balanced schedule, and continue offering the peaceful, restorative experience you expect at Solare Wellness Spa.

🌿Inclement Weather Policy 🌿

We want to inform all our valued clients about our expectations regarding snow storms or forecasted inclement weather situations. Our cancellation policy remains in effect during these times, but we have tips to help you decide when these situations arise.
We ask that you keep an eye on the weather forecast when you have an upcoming appointment and reschedule it with at least 24 hours of notice if, in general, you are concerned about driving in the snow. We typically wait to see precisely what the weather will be like before we open or close the spa.
If you aren’t comfortable waiting to hear whether we will be open and don’t want to risk being charged a fee, we recommend you reschedule your appointment to have peace of mind. REMEMBER: PLEASE GIVE US AT LEAST 24 HOURS OF NOTICE TO AVOID ANY CANCELLATION FEES.
For those of you who are okay waiting for us to make the call as we get closer to the predicted day of inclement weather, feel free to keep your appointment in our schedule. We will close the spa when we are advised that the city of Sioux Falls has closed the streets, and we will not charge cancellation fees for appointments that we reschedule due to the spa closing.
However, if it’s just average South Dakota winter snow, we will stay open, and you can expect to be able to come in for your appointment.

🌿 Spa Etiquette 🌿
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete the necessary paperwork and ensures your service begins on time. Late arrival will affect the length of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled so we may serve our next guest on time.

🌿 Credit Card On File 🌿
We also reserve the right to require a credit card number for all bookings for our late cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy.

🌿Gift Certificates 🌿
To redeem gift certificates for your appointment, they must be present when checking out. All gift certificates have a one-year expiration from the date of purchase.
